Worry or Pray

I'm not sure why it is so much easier to worry than pray.

When I worry, I tend to imagine the most ridiculous outcomes.

When I pray, I place those worries in the hands of the one who created me,

the only one who can give me peace.

Repeat after me-pray instead of worry.

Not easy, but so much better!
